Academic paper which gives account of the domestic implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Person with Disabilities  (UNRPD) in the Marshall Islands. It is a personal reflection with critiques and comments on some of the work involved in the domestication of the UNRPPD in the Marshall Islands.
